We have a very scary spiral staircase over three floor with gaps on each step and the railing. With our baby we thought we need to move but Donnie came up with a very creative solution to babyproof (yet cats can still get pass) the staircase. We feel much safer in the house now and we are happy that we don’t have to move. Donnie was very thorough and dedicated as well.

Due to space constraints, we had to build a narrow staircase leading up to our loft. However, there was no gate available in the market that was small enough. Managed to find Donnie and he helped to custom make one for us. Quality of the gate and fittings are good, and service was impeccable. Thanks and keep up the good work.

I was looking for someone who could advise on and customise the gate I needed for the top of my staircase, and Baby Gates N Safety fit the bill exactly. It was an awkward spot with vertical banisters and Donnie customised something that worked perfectly with bolts and wood to match the gate we’d chosen. The finished result was not only safe but looked good, too. He also secured several pieces of topple-risk furniture to the wall. And when we moved house nine months later he did it all over again – creating another customised stair gate solution. He even came and fitted all four gates at short notice the day before we moved in so we didn’t have to worry. I highly recommend Baby Gates N Safety!

Donnie was very helpful and patient in explaining the various gates available for different fit of stairs, and even came to personally install these! Not having kids myself and being an aunt who was tasked to fix the baby gates for the house, I definitely appreciated the helpfulness and also being really forthcoming about the types of gates for different Budget. Gate fitting is made really easy with Donnie. From the first visit we knew we were in professional and caring hands. Within no time at all Donnie was round to our house and fitted three gates, including one L shape for the 1st floor stairwell. We couldn't be more pleased with the care and attention to detail. So much so we are now looking for support with child proofing our cupboard doors and drawers. Highly recommended to all. Thank you Donnie!
